Dr. Sopena was born in Spain. He started studying medicine and surgery at the University of Valencia in 1989. Continued to receive post-doctoral training Ph.D. and continued to specialize in Medical and Surgical Dermatology to finish in 2003.
With education and expertise of the highest standards, Dr. Sopena proceeded to provide high medical consultancy, perform procedures, and train doctors and experts throughout America, Europe, and Africa.

Dr. Sopena is one of the world’s leading aesthetic dermatologists with the highest expertise in non-invasive aesthetic procedures. He is the founder of the Aesthetic and Dermatologic Institute of Madrid, which was established in 2009.
